Nector Kashpaw Timeline and Summary

As a young man, Nector is super good looking and brainy. He goes to school, and he gets a lot of attention for his looks.
Although he starts out being really into Lulu, he ends up marrying Marie Lazarre and raising quite a few biological and adoptive children with her.
He works hard for many years, and then eventually realizes that while he had his nose to the grindstone supporting his family, life had passed him by. So, he starts up an affair with Lulu Lamartine to jumpstart things.
The affair ends when Nector, who had finally resolved to leave Marie for Lady L., accidentally sets Lulu's house on fire (after going to propose and finding her out of the house). Instead, she marries her ex-brother-in-law, Beverly Lamartine.
Suffering from dementia/Alzheimer's, Nector and Marie end up in a retirement home, where Lulu is also living. Nector doesn't remember much, but he still likes Lulu (much to Marie's dismay).
Nector dies in a freak accident while Lipsha is trying to use love medicine to keep him faithful.
