She says her name is Cassie, but we know it's really Velma. She just left her glasses at home.
Velma's dogs are barking after waiting tables all day, and Ennis gives her a foot rub. (Do you think Velma has named her feet Scooby and Scrappy?)
Down in Texas, Jack and Lureen are at a lively benefit dinner.
They sit at a table with another husband and wife, played by Anna Faris, and the women talk about how their husbands don't want to dance with their wives.
So Jack gives Anna Faris a spin on the dance floor. A little Texas Two-Step. Maybe some Texas Waltz. There are a lot of dance moves deep in the heart of Texas.
After the dinner, Jack and Randall, the other husband, sit on a bench waiting for their wives, who are off powdering their noses. (And no, that isn't Brokeback slang for "fishing trip," although that would be an interesting twist, wouldn't it?)
Randall suggests Jack go with him on a fishing trip sometime.
Or should we say "fishing trip." You can practically see the quotes around it as he says it.
