Back at the castle, Neville is picking through the rubble and finds the Sorting Hat. Suddenly, he sees a group headed toward the castle.
Hagrid is carrying "dead" Harry in his arms ahead of Voldemort and his Death Eaters. The snake is staying close to Voldemort.
Ginny and others from the castle join Neville to watch. Ginny demands to know who's in Hagrid's arms. Voldemort announces that it's Harry.
He claims that everyone from this day forward is to put faith in him. The Death Eaters cackle with pleasure at Harry's death.
Voldemort invites the others to come forth and join them or, well, die.
Draco's parents ask him to join them. Draco resists at first, but eventually does what he's told. Voldemort commends him.
Then Neville hobbles forward, clearly injured. Voldemort makes a joke about hoping for better volunteers (as if Neville would join them—yeah right).
Naturally, that wasn't Neville's intention. He demands to say something, and Voldemort allows it.
Neville gives a rallying speech about how they all need to keep fighting, and even though Voldemort laughs, it's a game changer.
The sword of Gryffindor suddenly appears to Neville out of the Sorting Hat, and Harry makes his move, revealing that he's alive and tumbling out of Hagrid's arms.
First order of business: A failed attempt to attack the snake.
Chaos ensues. Death Eaters scurry away, seeing the writing on the wall, and Voldemort attacks (but doesn't kill) Neville. The Malfoys walk away from the castle.
Harry leads the others into the castle, and Voldemort follows with the snake in tow. They start dueling all around the castle.
Harry wants to kill the snake with the basilisk fang he's carrying around, but he doesn't get the chance.
Jump to: Neville waking up and spying the sword of Gryffindor lying nearby.
And then to: Ron and Hermione trying to kill the snake, but no dice.
And then to (yes, we're jumping around a ton—it's chaos): Molly Weasley and Bellatrix dueling. Molly wins.
Now we're with Voldemort and Harry at the top of a tower. Harry grabs Voldemort and pulls him off the tower with him.
They fly around the castle for a little while, gripping each other, and then tumble to the ground. Their wands are loose, but they each grab their own in time and send out spells that meet in the middle.
Elsewhere, Nagini is chasing Hermione and Ron, but Neville kills her with the Sword of Gryffindor.
That is the last Horcrux. We're getting close, Shmoopers.
Voldemort feels Nagini's death happen, which briefly interrupts his duel with Harry.
Then Harry and Voldemort once again cast dueling spells that meet in the middle. Harry's spell overtakes Voldemort's, and the Elder Wand flies to Harry.
Then, Voldemort legit disintegrates in front of our eyes.
Guys, this is it. This is the moment we've all been waiting for: Voldemort. Is. Dead.
