- Obi-Wan says Anakin will not pass the Council's test, but Qui-Gon assures him Anakin will be a Jedi. Obi-Wan asks his master not to defy the Council again, but Qui-Gon retorts that he'll do what he must.
- The Council gives Anakin a test and he passes with 100%, but they see through him, recognizing his fear of losing his mother.
- And fear, as we know, leads to the Dark Side.
