Zeus vs. Prometheus

Case Description: Complainant (Zeus) accuses Defendant (Prometheus) of grand theft for stealing fire and giving it to mankind.

Case Status: Case closed. Defendant (Prometheus) found guilty and sentenced to eternal torture by complainant. Prometheus was bound to a rock where an eagle ate his liver every day.

Addendum: To punish mankind for having fire, Zeus had Hephaestus create Pandora out of clay. All the gods and goddesses got together and gave her "gifts"—Aphrodite made her mega-hot, Hermes made her a smooth-talker… the list goes on. As a final "gift," Zeus gave her a jar full of every awful thing you can possibly imagine and told her not to open it. She was then given to Prometheus's brother, Epimetheus, as a wife.
