- The nose job is only a couple of weeks away, and after it's done, Xavier's going to talk her mom into the boob job.
- She's sure everyone will want her after she has the surgery. Maybe even Conner.
- Speaking of Conner, she doesn't think about him every second anymore. Having Xavier around to stroke her ego helps.
- She goes to lunch with her dad and Shiloh, his fiancée. Shiloh tries to ingratiate herself and asks Kendra what's good at the restaurant, but Kendra's only ordering some plain spinach and avocado.
