Anakin Skywalker (Jake Lloyd)’s Timeline and Summary

Anakin meets Qui-Gon, Padmé, and Jar Jar while minding the counter in Watto's parts shop.
Later, he saves Jar Jar from a run-in with Sebulba. Untaught in the ways of stranger danger, he invites the offworlders to his house for a meal and safety.
Anakin agrees to race in the Boonta Eve podrace to help Qui-Gon get the money he needs for the hyperdrive parts.
He wins the podrace.
Thanks to Qui-Gon's gambling problem, Anakin also wins his freedom. Although sad to leave his mother and fearing he won't see her again, he agrees to go with Qui-Gon and learn the ways of the Force.
En route to Coruscant, Anakin gives Padmé a charm to remember him.
Anakin goes before the Jedi Council to be tested. The masters sense much fear in him.
The Jedi Council says that Anakin is not to be trained. When Qui-Gon says he'll train Anakin anyway, the council puts a pin in the matter.
Having no plans for the weekend, Anakin returns to Naboo with the others.
During the palace siege, Anakin hides in a Naboo fighter.
Seeing Padmé in danger, he starts the fighter and blasts some droidakas. But the autopilot kicks in and takes Anakin to the droid battle station dogfight in orbit.
Anakin crash-lands inside the droid battle station. He manages to reactivate the fighter's systems and fires torpedoes into the station's core.
He escapes while the station explodes around him.
After the Battle for Naboo, Anakin attends Qui-Gon's funeral, where Obi-Wan tells him he'll train him in the ways of the Force.
