Character Role Analysis

Manoa

Poor Manoa. He really really wants to be a mentor to his son, even though Samson just doesn't seem very interested. But Manoa takes his role as father and mentor very seriously and doesn't take no for an answer. Samson doesn't want to be released? Manoa doesn't care, and off he goes to see that it happens anyway. And when the poem ends and Samson has died, its Manoa who guides and manages Samson's memory and legacy.
