somewhere i have never travelled, gladly beyond Steaminess Rating

Exactly how steamy is this poem?

PG-13

This is a passionate love poem, so there's definitely some steaminess involved. It's not a seriously graphic kind of a thing, though, because all the sensuality comes in the arms of beautiful imagery. Yeah, we hear about some mysterious and skillful touching, but the language is used to describe spring skillfully and mysteriously opening a flower, which is in turn used to describe the feeling of being opened up emotionally by love. Sure, some of the more graphic connotations of this language are pretty hard to miss. In fact, we're pretty positive that those connotations are meant to be there. But, all in all, the sensual images of the poem seem to be more concerned with emotional distance and closeness than with physical sex.
