Family Drama
The genre here is kind of hard to pin down, but family drama seems closest since the whole premise of this quirky yard sale is that the protagonist has lost his wife somehow. We don't know how or why his wife left—that is, whether she passed away, or whether they have gotten divorced—but we know that he is trying to get rid of all of the remnants of their life together pronto (which might suggest a divorce, perhaps). And if that's not family drama, we don't know what is.
