Wings Theme of Duty

Forget whatever mental images you have of being a carefree teenager and doing your own thing whenever you feel like it. In Wings, Laurel's life is constrained by her responsibilities to school and family, and later on, by her responsibilities to the realm of faerie. And don't even get us started on Tamani, who seems to be all work and no play when it comes to his duties as a sentry.

Love 'em or hate 'em, we all have obligations to the people around us, to our work, and even to our hobbies (because anything worth doing is worth doing well, which takes commitment and effort). How you juggle your duties probably says something about what's important to you, too. Laurel gets smacked with a lot of obligations all at once, but she seems to do okay with them. How do you think you'd do in her position?
