It should be pretty obvious with all the double zeroes in here,
we may very well have a couple of them in our hands.
900 is 30 squared and 1600 is 40 squared.
But if you DIDN'T recognize them, we could have brute-forced the answer by just
taking each answer choice one by one until we find one that works.
9 squared is 81, which is below 900
Answer B gets us to the promised land.
If we were to keep going and square the 90 listed in choice C, we are already well above the minimum.
And since D is even higher, it's an easy reject.
Done. Answer B it is.
