public official law making runs public Marjorie really All right
paragraph five which is sentences sixteen Eighteen here should be
moved where to make the paper more effective and hear
the potential answers way Well the best thing to do
with this kind of question is to re read the
paragraph and then mentally cut and paste it into the
place Each answer choice suggests a well fully caffeinated re
here Any civil rights activists believe that lost films were
unfair They also believe that leads treason is racially biased
The only way to reform these unfair laws so that
i can win back the voting rights act can all
right Well good thing we just had our mental cut
and paste er so let's get to it Option a
is definitely at paragraph five would make a bad opening
paragraph if it were placed at the top of the
paper it would refer to a bunch of stuff that
hasn't been explained yet which would be weird and confusing
Like our wacky uncle who tells long rambling stories thanksgiving
you want to go Option b isn't much better Honestly
it's Not better at all again paragraph five would be
weird here because it talked about things that have yet
to be set up by the paper answer C is
right on track We do need to put paragraph five
later in the paper but we're gonna have to take
more drastic measures and putting it after paragraph six Placing
it after the sixth paragraph wouldn't work so well because
the issue of the huge percentage of minorities that air
disenfranchised doesn't come up until paragraph seven So if we
hop on that train a logic we have to conclude
that choice dee is the right answer Paragraph five follows
up on the ideas in paragraph seven by saying that
the justice system itself is biased against minorities which makes
the disenfranchisement of minority felons even worse And how are
we defining minorities here anyway All right well this paragraph
also works here because it's a strong conclusion since the
last line gives us a solution to the problem of
disenfranchised felons Now if only we could get dogs the
right to vote the world might be a better place 00:02:24.333 --> [endTime] She doesn't trust it
