Glory

Heads up: Telling people you're a nanny just doesn't have the same impact as telling someone you founded an international NGO, or patented a new type of artificial worm, or whatever cool things people who aren't at home taking care of their kids do these days.

For some reason, we like to talk about the future of "the children," but the person spoon-feeding our children mac 'n' cheese and wiping cheese off their chins? Not so much. Does that mean what you do isn't glorious? Your answer probably depends on whether the kids at the moment are feeling cranky, and should really take a nap.
