Fame
As a baggage handler, you're not famous and you never will be. Sorry, but most people totally forget you exist until they stare at you out of the tiny window of their airplane. Sure, maybe a little kid will wave at you through the window and brighten your day a little, but that same kid's parent is reading a tabloid filled with a whole bunch of people who are a whole lot more famous than you.
No tabloid mentions, no newspaper covers, not even in your local paper. Ah well, at least the kid gets it.
