Well, here's where it gets tricky. There is typically a lot of turnover in the daycare business. Sometimes people simply figure out it's not for them. At some places all it takes is one parent complaining to get a teacher fired. Unfair? Yes. But many states are "right to work" states, which means you can be fired for almost any reason.
As long as you treat the kids right and learn from any missteps, you should be fine. There are lots of daycare centers where you can work. Or, you might want to start your own daycare center—like a boss. Literally. Maybe get a business degree before you do that, though.
