Fame
There aren't any famous endoscopy technicians out there. There are probably some famous people who've been treated by endoscopy technicians, and there are probably some famous people who used to be endoscopy technicians. But the category of "famous for being an endoscopy technician" doesn't really exist.
Even if you're widely acknowledged to have the most bubbly, fun-loving personality in the whole hospital, you're still not going to be a welcome sight for any of the patients who see you. Nobody wants to have tiny cameras inserted into their bodies. Any memories of you that are seared into your patients' minds probably won't be happy ones.
