You could be famous for being a "rapping" furniture salesman.
Dustin Hoffman's father owned a furniture store and word is that he helped out in it from time to time. This was before Midnight Cowboy, of course.
Then there's the kind who are famous for being crooks. No, we don't mean furniture salesmen that overcharge. We're talking about the one and only Al Capone.
Reportedly, good ol' Al had business cards that said "Used Furniture Salesman" on them and told everyone that's what he did for a living.
So yeah, you probably won't get famous for selling furniture...though you could still get famous while doing it.
