Odds of Getting In
The odds of winning the Olympics—or even making it to the Olympics—are miniscule.
Microscopic.
Teeny tiny.
No offense, it's not our fault, we're sure you're really, really good on the balance beam and everything else for that matter. But you're probably not going to get in anyway.

As far as college gymnastics is concerned, 9% of the 19,231 high school girls who try out for colleges make the team; whereas 19.1% of boys do (source). The odds aren't great in this case, but it's not impossible, and it can be a great way to earn some college money.
