Fame

There happen to be a lot of famous nurses, though not a lot of famous home care nurses. That's because famous nurses have traveled the world, fed the hungry, helped wounded soldiers during WWII, and fought for civil rights—all of which is very difficult if you are going to just one dude's house every day to help keep him alive. But, then again, Florence Nightingale (a real A-lister of nurses) once said "...the ultimate destination of all nursing is the nursing of the sick in their own homes" (source). So, take it from Florence: find fame, then become a home care nurse.
