Some companies will give you a "Good Shopper Award." That could mean a few extra bucks in your paycheck or it could simply mean a pat on the back.

Many companies will give out hero citations for helping a scheduler out and grabbing a last-minute shop from someone who flaked. (They also give flake citations. You don't want to get any of those.) Hero citations mean that you may get called first for the plum jobs because they know they can count on you.

You can also get a high rating for being really thorough in your reports. Remember, while you're rating others, you're also getting rated for your own work.
