Glory

The personal glory you feel as a tea plantation owner depends a lot on your code of ethics, and how good you are at upholding that code of ethics. If you don't care about whether your workers get medical care or a living wage, then you can fully focus on the good service you do in providing the world's tea drinkers—from wealthier hipsterites in the Upper East Side to almost the entire Indian population—with more antioxidants and flavonoids than any vitamin regimen.

But if you're the sort of person who would give the shirt off your back to anyone who asked and who gets hung up on things like "structural iniquities," then maybe this won't be the most gratifying job for you.
