Qualifications
Frankly, it's hard to imagine a job that requires fewer qualifications than that of the noble toll taker. However, you'll need a high school diploma, some basic people skills, and decent math ability, because you'll be making lots of change. It wouldn't hurt, though, to cultivate some sort of Zen-like mindset to help you get through the more tedious hours.
