Attempting to evade a police officer is a serious, and it can land your butt in jail. Things get even worse for you if you hurt someone during the chase. You could find yourself in a state prison and be fined thousands of dollars. Worst-case scenario? You guessed it; someone could actually be killed as a result of your shenanigans, in which case you will have committed manslaughter, even if it was unintentional, and you’ll be in prison for a long, long time.
