Downgrade

The analyst at Goldman used to love your stock. They were a "strong buy" on it for five years since the IPO. But now, well, the love is gone. Your last quarter was the first you printed that actually equaled, not exceeded, your guidance. So the trust is gone along with the love. The analyst downgraded you to just "buy" from "strong buy." Kind of like going from "love" to "like."
