Egalitarianism

If you’re an egalitarian, you believe that all people are equal. American law reflects egalitarian qualities.

For example, Title VII (the Civil Rights Act of 1964) states that businesses can’t discriminate based on sex or religion. All employees must be treated equally in this respect.

That’s an egalitarian philosophy, and a good one at that.
