Moms becoming entrepreneurs.
The range is massive. At the low end, or rather, simpler end, moms bake cookies for 50 cents each and sell 'em for two bucks at the local fair. At the high end, moms have made some really cool companies in the mom "zone," with Honest Tea arguably the most famous in the genre.
And how about BlogHer and a bunch of other tech names you've likely never heard of?
There's something gender-reductive about the term in general. Like...why do women have a separate, somehow subordinated category? Relic of the Old World, maybe.
