Series 7

Categories: Education

Presenting Series 7, from the good people at FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). Just think for a second about the mind-numbingly dull practice of having to write this exam. These people are clearly smart. They could have become doctors or arborists or dry cleaning chain owners and really made a fortune. But instead, they sat themselves down and cranked out multiple choice questions for your viewing and answering pleasure. They're saints, really.

Anywho, before taking the 7, you'll want to wrap your brain around these concepts:

- Seeking Business for the Broker-Dealer Through Customers and Potential Customers
- Evaluating Customers' Other Security Holdings, Financial Situation and Needs, Financial Status, Tax Status, and Investment Objectives
- Opening Accounts, Transfering Assets, and Maintaining Appropriate Account Records
- Providing Customers with Information on Investments and Making Suitable Recommendations
- Obtaining and Verifying Customer's Purchase and Sales Instructions, Entering Orders, and Following Up

Hope 7's your lucky number.
