Total Bond Fund

Totally bond, dude. Mostly all bonds, all day, all flavors. The purpose? Be a bond. Like "be the ball, Danny."

Bonds around the world trade in much closer lock-step than do equities. Interest income is interest income, more or less, albeit currency adjusted. A total bond fund is generally...general. Durations from a few months to a few decades, risk levels all over the place, with credit ratings B to Triple A.
