Virtual Structure

Virtually structured organizations...don’t really have a structure. A virtually structured org is a small group of people who get together with an idea, and outsource pretty much everything. With all of that outsourcing, the organization may seem big, but it’s just an illusion.
After the project’s done, everyone goes home. The main people then go back to the drawing board and come up with some new, brilliant idea. Or a stupid one.
Basically, a core group plans out a project, then gets others to sign on, the project gets done, then the core group goes back to planning again. Lather, rinse, and repeat.
