World Federation Of Stock Exchanges

The World Federation of Stock Exchanges, or “the World Federation of Exchanges,” as those “in the know” would say, is what it sounds like: a global trade group that promotes stock exchanges and the free-flow of investing around the world.

When they say “world,” they really mean it: the World Federation of Exchanges is made up of over 200 exchanges and clearing houses around the world. Like many industry groups, they do research and studies, promote and educate on industry-wide best practices, and have conferences to keep things a-buzz like busy bees.
