Glory

You know that shrine in your room with all your high school softball trophies? Box them up and make room, because there's plenty of opportunity for accolades in the NCAA.

As an individual player, if you are ultra-good—say, one of the top twenty players in your Division (source)—you can be named All-American. If you're the best softball player in the NCAA, you'll receive the Honda Sports Award.

And if you're simply the best female athlete in all of college sports, you'll be awarded the Honda Cup, which honors the Collegiate Woman Athlete of the Year (source).

As a team, of course, your season could culminate in a Women's College World Series Championship. This is the part where you get to play ''We Are the Champions'' over the loudspeakers, throw your gloves up in the air, and dog pile in the middle of the field. (Don't act like you haven't dreamt about it.) A championship win is about as glorious as it gets.
