• While working at the general store in Gutshot, Lindsey meets two slightly awkward, totally nerdy guys who want to see the grave of the Archduke Franz Ferdinand. She takes them and puts her paramedic-in-training skills to work when Colin falls and hits his head.
• Lindsey introduces Colin to her friends, JATT, SOCT, Katrina, and her boyfriend, TOC. Then she takes them back to the store and her mom recognizes Colin from Kranial Kidz and offers them jobs.
• Lindsey, Colin, and Hassan begin the interviews of people in Gutshot, starting with Starnes—an old guy who generally really likes Lindsey's family.
• Lindsey heads off to make out with TOC while Colin and Hassan get lost, but later that night she asks Hassan all about Colin.
• The trio does some more interviewing, and Lindsey and TOC do some more making out/hanging out.
• Lindsey goes cruising with Hassan and her pals while Colin stays at home and reads; she wishes he'd live a little.
