Owner of the People's Mortgage Company, this is the man who sold the Factory to Mayor Bascom. The Mayor recalls Mark fondly and has no idea where he has gone. Mark Yonts sold the Factory to two different parties and then skipped town. So now the Factory sits idle while it's embroiled in endless legal disputes.
