Let’s just put it this way: Pa pushes his "thing" into his daughter’s "pussy" on the very first page of the book. If graphic incest on the first page of a novel is not NC-17, well, what is? Seriously. We’re not surprised it’s been banned. But for the First Amendment, it might not be in any library at all. That doesn’t mean we think this book should be banned; it’s ultimately a story of hope, joy, faith, and great sex—in the second half!
