Character Analysis
Palmgren is Salander's ex-guardian and close friend. He is definitely part of Team Salander. He testifies persuasively at her trial and provides evidence that another doctor at St. Stefan's tried to stop Teleborian from strapping Salander down and drugging her as part of her so-called treatment. This is important in establishing Salander's story as the truth and Teleborian's as malicious fiction.
