How It All Goes Down
The Doll
- Herbert lends Arthur some string so he can try to retrieve his doll. After a few attempts, Arthur manages to lasso the doll and get it within reach.
- Arthur calls Grandfather, who's not happy to hear that he's been captured. Arthur explains that he needs to get his prison buddy Herbert out, too.
- Grandfather asks to talk to Herbert, and realizes that Herbert is his old buddy (who sports the nickname "Parsley" for some reason).
- Herbert is confused about his past, and how he knows Grandfather (whom he calls William), so Grandfather is going to refresh his memory by telling the whole story of why he lives underground. Perfect.
