Exactly how steamy is this story?

We're giving the whole collection of stories a PG-13, even though most of the stories are pretty PG-rated. But, you know, when you've got one story titled "Sexy" and it's all about an affair between a young woman and a married guy, and the woman does things like pose in a slinky dress for a young boy, we figure that's a little beyond the PG-world.
So, for the matter, is "The Treatment of Bibi Haldar," a story about a woman who gets raped and becomes pregnant. Not exactly appropriate material for a ten-year-old, if you know what we mean.
In fact, both stories might send the book into the R-rated zone, if not for the fact that all the other stories are pretty un-steamy. So think of the PG-13 rating as an average, taken across a reading of all the stories in the collection, most of which your thirteen-year-old sister or brother could read (even if he or she might not be all that interested).
