Case Description: The claimants (the Sidhe) accuse the defendants (Queen Maeve, King Ailill, and their army) of making war on them and burning down their home. Additional defendants (Nera and his wife, who is a Sidhe) are accused of espionage; it was on their advisement that the attack was carried out.
Case Status: Case dismissed. The attack was a preemptive strike, because Nera discovered that the Sidhe had been planning to attack them. The surviving Sidhe admit this is true.
