- Pinocchio is lying unmoving on Geppetto's bed while Geppetto cries and prays.
- Suddenly, the "When You Wish Upon a Star" theme begins playing, and we hear the Blue Fairy's promise about how Pinocchio could become a "real boy."
- With that, Pinocchio transforms, his formerly puppet-like frame replaced with a normal human body. Whoa, man.
- As usual, it takes a minute or so for Geppetto to truly comprehend what's going on, but once he does, he parties like only an Italian woodworker can. Cue music and dancing.
- Jiminy joins in on the dancing until he spots the wishing star through the window. He goes outside and thanks the fairy for what she did for Pinocchio.
- Suddenly, a gold badge appears on Jiminy's chest reading "Official Conscience." What a boss. He uses it to send a flicker of light at the star, which flickers back at him.
- The song swells and we fade to black.
