Since all the Goonies (with the exception of Chunk) are together through pretty much the entire film, check out Mikey's Timeline to get a sense of Andy's journey.
The only difference is that, before meeting up with the Goonies at the abandoned restaurant, Andy and Stef are seen tooling around town with Troy. What they see in him we're not sure. Maybe he's the only guy their age with a car?
