We're being generous with our "R." This book is filled with graphic sex scenes—adult/child sex, creepy Boy Scout leaders, orgies, adultery, nudity, rape, masturbation, fetishism, you name it. Our diminutive hero makes sure to tell us that he has a normal-size penis, and he uses it whenever he can. He's a witness to way more sex than any child should have to see.
