- Jack and Babette go shopping. Babette tells Jack to stop wearing his dark glasses and to go for another checkup with his doctor. He says no to both.
- When Denise isn't home, Jack goes searching through her room for the bottle of Dylar. As he searches, he feels compelled to start throwing a bunch of stuff out and clearing the house of clutter. It makes him feel better about his life for some reason.
- A while later, Jack wanders into Heinrich's room and sees his son watching TV. The police are looking for bodies buried in a local backyard. When the TV says there are no more bodies to be dug up, both Jack and Heinrich feel disappointed.
