In this case, we can just derive our own equation to describe this line.
We'll start with the x, which is gonna live here on the line inside these two points.
And note that the points are described with filled-in circles - not empty ones.
The fact that the circles are filled in means that the points are greater than or equal
to... or less than or equal to.
So another little curve ball they throw at you - the 7/8 here is left of the 0... i.e.,
it's negative.
So x is gonna have to be greater than or equal to negative 7/8.
On the right we see the 1/8, which x is less than or equal to.
And the only one that works... is A.
