Sounds pretty straightforward. This question just wants to make sure that we know how to
understand the experiment that took place.
So where can we find how long the experiment took?
That information could be present in the text of the passage,
but to be real, we're not seeing it here.
"Sampled the air..." yada yada... "Waggle dancing..." et cetera... Nope.
The passage isn't specific about how long it took.
But ah, wait! We've also got a figure full of experiment data.
In fact, the very tiniest numbers at the bottom are our guide to the horizontal time axis.

So, our answer was in the figure. The study clearly went on for more than 18
minutes, and the only possible answer that's longer than 18 minutes is option D: 19 minutes.
Have to hand it to the chromatographers for basically sniffing a beehive for 19 minutes.
