How'd we do? That's it. How'd we perform? That's what this term is all about. It tries to measure productivity inside of an org. Like...yes, it grew sales of drones 100% this year. But the market expanded 500%. So on an absolute basis, we performed well, but relative to our market, we sucked. We could drone on and on about this one, but we won't.
