Context
This line is written by Luke in Luke 12:19.
These dudes are arguing about their inheritance and they ask Jesus to divide it fairly between them. Jesus is like, "Fellas, fellas, listen to this parable about a guy who spends his whole life makin' dough and goes to hell. Does that answer your question?"
Where you've heard it
This is sort of like the New Testament version of YOLO, and it's sometimes used today to say basically the same thing. Not to be confused with "eat, drink, and get married."
Pretentious Factor
