Context

This line is spoken by Clyde Barrow, played by Warren Beatty, in the film Bonnie and Clyde, directed by Arthur Penn (1967).

"They're young... they're in love... and they kill people." That was the tag line for the 1967 blockbuster, Bonnie & Clyde starring Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway. This notorious duo was on top of the public enemies list in Depression-era America.

In the movie, we see the murderous couple holed up in an abandoned farmhouse. Clyde is teaching Bonnie how to be a pistol packin' moll. When the former property owner interrupts them, Clyde—real cordial like—says, "This here's Miss Bonnie Parker. I'm Clyde Barrow. We rob banks." They end up having career total of 15 banks robbed and a body count of 14 before becoming bullet-ridden themselves.

Where you've heard it

Let's be real: you've probably never heard this line out and about in your normal life. That is, of course, assuming your normal life doesn't include bank-robbing friends named Bonnie and Clyde. If that's your life…well, you've probably heard this a few times.
