This line is from the song "What About Love?" by Heart, from the album Heart (1985).

This lyric might've originally been sung by Canadian rock band Toronto, but it took American rockers, Heart, to make it a hit. Even if you've never heard this song, you can probably tell by this lyric what it's all about. Basically, the speaker is like, "I love you, why don't you know that? Why can't you feel that? Don't you want to be loved?" To which we say, "Maybe, they're just not that into you."
