Context

This line is spoken by various War Boys, most memorably by Nux, played by Nicholas Hoult, in the film Mad Max: Fury Road, directed by George Miller (2015).

War Boys are all about serving their leader, Immortan Joe, who is setting himself up as a mythological god, promising that their reward for dying in battle is to live in Valhalla (a sort of paradise). The world has gone to crap, and Joe is raising fearless War Boys so he can control everything around him.

The first time a War Boy says this phrase in the film, he's been fatally tagged with some arrows and is about to go down, but he sprays his mouth with some sweet silver stuff (basically making himself into a human explosive), and shouts "Witness me!" to his fellow soldiers before he sacrifices himself, so they know he gave up his life to earn a spot in Valhalla. This line is a favorite of a lot of the War Boys.

Where you've heard it

In an attempt to be as "shiny and chrome" as the War Boys, people started looking for that amazing silver spray. Luckily, the alternative is spray food coloring. Tasty, right?

Pretentious Factor

If you were to drop this quote at a dinner party, would you get an in-unison "awww" or would everyone roll their eyes and never invite you back? Here it is, on a scale of 1-10.

Apart from painted-up "War Boys" parading around on Halloween, hopefully you're not hearing this that often in real life.
